Accounts Portal

On the Accounts Portal, you can manage users, licenses, and subscription plans. Only users with account management role can access the Accounts Portal.

To Access Account Portal

If you are already signed up on Evalgator, click this link and enter your username and password to access the accounts portal. The accounts portal dashboard will be displayed in a new tab as shown below.

  1. To Access Account Portal through the Assessment portal, click the profile button on the lower left of the Assessment dashboard, and select Account Settings from the drop-up menu.
  2. To Access Account Portal through the Interview portal,ย click the profile button on the lower left of the Interviews/CollabPad dashboard, and select Account Settings from the drop-up menu. The accounts portal dashboard window will be displayed in a new window.
To Track Assessment Details
  1. On the Accounts Portal dashboard, there are two tabs: Evalgator Assessments and Evalgator Interviews.
  2. The Evalgator Assessments tab displays the total number of candidates assessed and the remaining number of candidates that can be assessed according to your subscription plan.
  3. To track the assessment details, click the small arrow to the right of Evalgator Assessments. The assessment portal dashboard will be displayed.
  4. Below Candidates assessed, the status of your subscription, including details of the license status, subscription plans, and user management are displayed.
To Track Interview Details

The Evalgator Interviews tab on the Accounts Portal dashboard displays the total number of candidates interviewed and the remaining number of candidates that can be interviewed as per your subscription plan.ย 

  1. To track the interview details, click the small arrow to the right of the Evalgator Interviews tab. The interview portal dashboard will be displayed
  2. The status of your subscription, including details of the license status, subscription plans, and user management can be viewed below Candidates interviewed.
User Management

You can add the following users to Evalgator with different access privileges:

 

Assessments

Admin: Access all administration and all the platform features.

Examiner:ย Create and manage assessments and questions, oversee assessments with invigilator app, access all profiles, and provide chat support.

Question setter:ย Create and manage questions, plus all the privileges of the invigilator.

Invigilator:ย Oversee assessments using Evalgator invigilator app, access shared profiles, and provide chat support.

Support: Provide chat support to candidates during assessments.

 

Interviews

Admin: Access all administration features and conduct interviews with candidates.

Interviewer: Conduct interviews with candidates.

 

Accounts Portal

Account Management: Manage users, subscriptions, licenses, and view the entire usage history.

 

Adding Users

      1. On the Assessment/Interviews dashboard, click on your profile icon in the lower left corner and select Account Settings from the drop-up menu. Click on the Users tab.
      2. Click the +Add Userย ย button to the top right of the dashboard.
      3. In the Add User modal that opens up, enter the first name, last name, and email ID of the user.
      4. Click Next and select their user role.
      5. User roles can be selected from the Assessments, Interviews, or Accounts Portal tabs on the left side.
      6. Click Save at the bottom of the modal to add the user. The user will now be visible on the User Management dashboard.


        Changing User Role

      7. On the User Management dashboard, click the pencil icon to the right of the user whose role you want to edit or update.
      8. A modal with the existing details of the selected user will appear.
      9. Click Next.
      10. Select the new role you want to assign to the user.
      11. Click Update. The user will be assigned a new role.
        Deleting a User
      12. On the User Management dashboard, click the bin icon against the name you want to remove.
      13. ย A Delete User? modal will open up.
      14. Click OK to delete the user.
      15. Once a user is deleted, they will be in an inactive status and can be reactivated if needed.
