You may have to support candidates who are new to Evalgator in the course of an assessment. Not every candidate may take the trial assessment, and some may face challenges even after the trial assessment.

Initiating a Conversation with the Support Team

During an assessment, the candidate can initiate a conversation with the support team to resolve issues they face.ย 

  1. Click the Support button on the bottom left corner of their assessment screen for support during an assessment.
  2. On clicking the Start Conversation message, a support ticket will be created.ย 
  3. You can type your query and send it to the support team.
